We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. Delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@petflyshop.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
